Order Modifications and Cancellations

• Standard orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement
• Custom manufacturing orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun

4. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice
• Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout
• In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you
• Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and shipped

5. Custom Manufacturing Terms

For custom manufacturing orders (custom gloves, branded sportswear, OEM/private label products), the following additional terms apply:

• A written quote and order confirmation must be agreed upon before production begins
• A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to initiate production, with the balance due before shipment
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to use all artwork, logos, and designs you provide
• Production timelines are estimates — delays due to material availability or force majeure are not grounds for cancellation
• Minor variations in color, sizing (within ±3%), or finish are inherent to manufacturing and are not considered defects
• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they contain a manufacturing defect
• We reserve the right to use photos of completed custom orders for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines and methods are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Animo Fitness is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. You are responsible for all applicable import duties, taxes, and customs fees for international shipments.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Animo Fitness or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
