We want you to be completely satisfied with your Animo Fitness purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we offer a 30-day return window for USA customers from the date of delivery. Please review the details below before initiating a return.

2. Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items: Custom-manufactured products, personalized items (printed logos, embroidery, custom sizing), opened hygiene-sensitive products (mouthguards, hand wraps), and items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us First

Email info@animofitness.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return. Please include photos if the item is defective.

Receive Return Authorization (RA)

We will review your request within 2 business days and send you a Return Authorization number along with the return shipping address.

Ship the Item

Securely pack the item(s), include your order number/RA number inside, and ship to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping your tracking number.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the return (2–3 business days), we will process your refund. See Section 5 for timelines.

Do not ship returns without a Return Authorization number — unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Partial Refunds: In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items returned in a condition inconsistent with our policy (e.g., minor signs of use, missing accessories). We will communicate this clearly before processing.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability). To request an exchange, follow the same return initiation process in Section 3 and clearly indicate that you want an exchange rather than a refund. Exchange orders are processed once we receive the returned item.

7. Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

8. Custom Manufacturing Orders

Products manufactured under our Custom Manufacturing program (custom gloves, branded sportswear, OEM/private label orders) are produced specifically to your specifications. These items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

For custom orders with defects, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will remake defective items at no additional cost.

Items purchased at regular price are fully eligible for returns as described above. Items marked "Final Sale" or purchased during special clearance promotions are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
