All orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

International customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees upon arrival in their country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Animo Fitness is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Our custom manufacturing program allows clients to create fully branded boxing gloves, MMA gear, and sportswear with custom logos, colors, and specifications. Please note the following lead times:
Production timelines begin only after: (a) design/artwork is finalized and approved, and (b) deposit payment is received. Design revisions may extend the timeline.
We ship using trusted international carriers including:
The carrier used for your order will be noted in your dispatch confirmation email. All shipments include tracking numbers.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.
If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of order confirmation, please contact us at info@animofitness.com.
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and email us within 7 days of delivery. We will file a carrier claim and send a replacement or issue a refund.
If tracking shows your package as lost or undelivered for more than 21 business days (USA) or 30 days (international), contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a resolution.
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspections, adverse weather, carrier capacity issues, or other events beyond our control. These situations are not eligible for refunds but we will assist in tracking and resolving delays.
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct when placing your order. Animo Fitness is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at info@animofitness.com. We can only correct addresses before the order is dispatched.
Due to carrier restrictions or trade regulations, we may be unable to ship to certain countries or regions. If we cannot fulfill your order to your location, we will contact you for an alternative or issue a full refund.
